FAQ

  • Delivery
    • Delivery for orders in Malaysia is via Poslaju. The delivery fee will be RM6 within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
    • Delivery slots will be twice a week, Monday and Thursday.
    • We will send you an email with your tracking numbers once the item is posted.
  • Returns
    • Return is only valid within seven (7) working days of receiving the product(s).
    • Return only applies for orders within Malaysia.
    • Once we have received your product(s), we will inspect the condition of the product(s) and process it within 14 working days.
    • Postage of the return item will be paid for by us.
    • You can EXCHANGE an item with any other items on our website with the following condition:
      • Item of the same price.
      • For item that is cheaper, the remaining balance will be credited into your store account.
  • Damaged items
    • If you received any damaged item, you can:

    • We will assist you accordingly.
  • Selling
    • If you want to sell your pre-loved maternity items, please follow these steps:
    • Take a picture of the item(s) and WhatsApp to us at 011 5626 0374 https://wa.me/601156260374
    • If the items are in good order, we will arrange pickup and agree on selling price, and your split.
    • Payment is only shared once the item is sold.
    • If the item remains unsold and you would like it back, you will need to pay the delivery fee for us to post the item back to you.
